Kewbz.Global is our new international fulfilment facility based in Asia, created to make worldwide shipping cheaper, simpler, and more efficient. Instead of importing stock into the UK first and then shipping it back out again, products from Kewbz.Global are sent directly from the facility to customers around the world. This removes an extra step in the process and helps keep overall costs down.
Because of this, we’re able to offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for just $1.99. All orders are fully tracked from door to door, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. For UK customers, delivery typically takes around 10–12 days. Occasionally it may take a little longer due to customs or local courier delays, but statistically most orders arrive within this timeframe.
Even though your order ships internationally, nothing changes when it comes to support. You’ll still receive UK-based customer support from Luke and Hollie, just like always. Same team, same service, simply a smarter way of getting cubes to cubers worldwide.
